“This graphic reading was extremely helpful and validating for myself. I am an incredibly anxious person. I’ve been in and out of therapy for the last 10 years of my life, and I have been trying to figure myself out.
I think my biggest take away from this reading was understanding my Sacral. My stomach has been in charge of my actions for a long time, and it makes a lot of sense now to know that this rings true in my energy. Now that I understand this, I can start listening to it and trusting it. If I am forcing myself down the wrong path, my Sacral will make it very known that I should reconsider.
My graphic reading also showed me that I need time on my own to recharge, but my biggest struggle is finding the best balance between alone time and social time. I am an introverted extrovert. I need attention + validation, but also time for solitude + reflecting.
